We are hearing from many sources that Quest was able to continue with the spirt and tradition of Netpro's Directory Experts Conference (DEC), now called TEC, with expanded tracks in Unified Communications, Exchange, etc. TEC 2009 was held March 22-25 in Las Vegas. A blog post by Michael Osterman echos the feedback from what appears to have been a great event. TEC's European event will be held September 14-16 in Berlin, Germany. I hear Berlin is nice in September! For those that couldn't make it to TEC 2009, or those that don't want TEC to end, Quest has created The Experts Conference Community where you can participate and find blogs posts, encore presentation, a knowledge base, question section, and a lot of other useful information. I saw a piece that Dave Kearns wrote in Network World on the The Experts Community. Dave said, "If you’re involved in Identity using Microsoft products then The Experts Community is a resource you should sign up for today." We are really happy that Quest was able to carry on the spirit and tradition of TEC. If you were at TEC we would love to get your comments so please let us know what you thought.
